    Frequently asked questions

Find answers to common questions below.

How warm does the Hearthwild muff get?

It has 3 heat levels: High at 145°F, Medium at 125°F and Low at 115°F. Press the power button to switch between them and pick what suits the weather.

How long does the battery last?

On a full charge you get roughly 1.5-2 hours on High, 2-2.5 hours on Medium and 3-3.5 hours on Low (measured at room temperature). Colder weather can shorten run time, so start on Low for long sits.

How do I wear it in the tree stand or blind?

Use the adjustable straps and padded shoulder pad to wear it around your neck or waist, or secure it near your stand. Slide both hands into the fleece-lined openings. Front and back pockets hold your battery pack and phone.

    How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and are shown at checkout. You will get an email with tracking once your order ships.

What if I am not happy with my order?

If your muff arrives damaged or you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return, replacement or refund.

    • Three Heat Levels Are Handy

I use High to warm up and then drop to Medium. It works well and the camo blends in nicely.
